Biases: The Reason SmArt people do stupid things
"Biases" is just a fancy way of saying "screwed up thinking" or "built-in prejudices." BiaSes can be good or bad, it doesn't matter. They can come from past experiences, cultural or social influences, or just our crazy brain taking shortcuts. They can be based on emotions, self-interest, and other factors.
The problem is they often lead to distorted perceptions, judgments, and Karens.
Blind Spots: THE REASON YOU'RE DOING THE WRONG THINGS WITH SUCH CONFIDENCE
A blind spot is an area of our awareness that we are not able to see or perceive—like the tone-deaf, unattractive, American Idol contestant who believes they are the next Beyonce.
It can be thought of as a gap in our understanding or knowledge, caused by our BiaSes, prejudices, or the Blind Spot Gremlin.
BullSh*t: THE REASON PEOPLE DON't respect or trust you, but you think they do
Bullshit can be described as a not-so-mom-friendly way of referring to language, statements, or behavior that is insincere, misleading, or intended to manipulate or deceive.
It's when someone, consciously or unconsciously, doesn't give a shit about the truth, but just wants to give a false or misleading impression. Like wearing makeup, it's all about appearances, not reality.
BullShit is used to describe a wide range of things, including lies, exaggerations, marketing tactics, political rhetoric, and The Kardashians.

This is where you're supposed to see a Photoshopped pic of me, which would look more like an alternate universe version of me with impeccable glowing skin, rosy red cheeks, and unusually glossy lips. I'd be making a bizarre smiling while taking a crap expression, while pretending to laugh at something to the right of the camera, wearing a “you need to take me seriously” suit or sweater vest, sitting in front of some strategically blurred background so your eyes will focus on the star that is me.
