THE BS LEVELS

BS-0: Blissfully Bullshitted

Signal:
You think self-awareness is a scam.
You don’t see the BS. You don’t care. You’re too busy living a life you didn’t choose, repeating shit you never questioned.

You follow every trend. Believe every ad. Chase every shortcut. You think success is about whatever your town thinks it is.
You’re not lost—you’re leased out.

Trap:
You’re not stuck. You’re owned.

Typical line: “Hey, It’s working for me.” (said while flexing someone else’s life on borrowed money)

BS-1: The Aha Addict

Signal:
You read something smart and feel instantly superior.
You’re high on insight. Everything feels profound. You start quoting books in conversations you used to avoid.

But you haven’t changed shit. You’ve just upgraded your ego’s vocabulary.

Trap:
You mistake realization for transformation.
You’re smarter—but did you really learn if nothing changes?

Typical line: “This book blew my mind.”

BS-2: The Enlightened Amateur

Signal:
You know more than everyone around you—and you love it.
You’ve read it all. Podcasts, PDFs, playbooks.
You're the smartest stuck person in every room.
Still broke. Still anxious. Still nowhere. But now you’re condescending about it.

Trap:
You built a personality around knowing.
And it’s the perfect disguise for not doing.

Typical line: “I already know this, but…”

BS-3: The Disciplined Avoider

Signal:
You’ve applied the systems—but only the ones that feel safe.
You’ve got routines. Trackers. A morning ritual that would make a monk blush. You post progress. You feel superior. But the thing you actually need to face? Still untouched.

Trap:
You use discipline to dodge discomfort.

Typical line: “I’m optimizing right now.” (aka buying time with spreadsheets)

BS-4: The Quiet Operator

Signal:
You stop needing applause.
You stop overexplaining.
You quietly do what you used to just tweet about.

You look like you’ve figured it out.
Everyone thinks you’ve made it.
But you know better.
You know there’s still one level deeper—and you’ve been quietly avoiding it.

Trap:
You’re not stuck. You’re comfortable.
And comfort’s just avoidance with better branding.
You’re better than most.
But you’re still falling short of you.

Typical line: “I’m good where I’m at.” (while quietly negotiating with your potential)

BS-5: The Ghost

Signal:
You stopped performing. You’re living it.
You walk the path, spot the BS early, and vanish before the claps.

Trap:
You think the work is done.
But BS is like mold—it always finds a crack.

Typical line: ...

Core Truth:

You can hit Level 4 in one area and still be a Level 1 dipshit in another. The goal isn’t to “graduate.” It’s to spot the BS faster next time.

“More coming soon—illustrations, actions, and the one question that breaks each level.”
